Choosing the Right Parcel Size
When listing your item, you’ll need to select a parcel size that best fits its weight and dimensions. Accurately choosing a size ensures correct shipping fees and fewer surprises for both you and your buyer. Below is a quick guide to help you decide which size to pick.
Note that packaging materials (e.g., boxes, bubble wrap) might increase your item’s total dimensions or weight. It’s best to measure carefully and consider how you’ll package the item. Once a buyer has purchased the item, you cannot change the parcel size on Grassboots. Please contact our support team if you hit any issues.

Important: If your item is bigger or heavier than these sizes allow, or if you need a custom shipping solution, please consider local pickup an In-Person handover and use the in-app messaging function to reach out to the seller. Please remember, it is always best practice to double check the weight and size of your parcel before it gets shipped
